Programme for Sun 12th Nov

A delicious four course meal, made with love, inspiration and creativity.

£20 plus Eventbrite fee, only 20 places available

Menu

On arrival : Canapés to delight the tongue

Start: Beautifully spiced autumnal lentil soup, served with a deep golden yellow corn bread

Main: A “Cannelloni” of Staffordshire Oatcakes with seasonal vegetables. (Oat type pancakes bursting with delicious vegetables and soft mellow cheese combined with a tomato sauce then baked til perfect).

Dessert: A light lemony and honey cake made with semolina flour or Vegan Apple Crumble

Note: Vegan and Gluten free options all available.

There will be a raffle of wonderful food themed prizes and a presentation by Dr Niahm Moore on food and futures.
